MBSR 2:  Deeper Mindfulness - Exploring Feeling Tone

Eight consecutive Thursday evenings, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM PDT.  Plus, an option of one All-Day retreat.

This eight-week program was developed by Mark Williams and is intended to help graduates of the MBSR and MBCT program to you cultivate, sustain and deepen mindful awareness, day by day.
