Self-compassion is a skill that can be learned. In this program, you will learn core principles and practices than enable you to respond to life’s difficult moments with kindness, understanding, and greater centredness.
Self-compassion practices teach us how to handle difficult emotions with greater ease, and how to motivate ourselves with kindness rather than criticism. Self-compassion actually increases our emotional strength and resilience. With practice, we learn to relate wholeheartedly to others, and be more authentically ourselves.
