IN PERSON MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR)
With Brett Peterson, MA, RCC and /or Marian Smith, MA, RCC, Certified MBSR teachers
March 29 - May 17, 2022
Eight consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm, plus a six-hour mini retreat on Saturday, May 7, from 10am to 4pm.
This course will be offered at 3263 Heather Street between West 16th and 17th with all the precautions listed below.

April 13 to June 1st, 2022 *online through Zoom interactive video
Eight consecutive Wednesday evenings, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm (with exception to the first and last session that are 3 hours). Plus, one All-Day retreat on Saturday, May 14th (9:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
Sessions are normally held at our Centre for Mindfulness Canada, #107-3711 Delbrook Ave., North Vancouver (near Highway #1). However, this program will be held online via Zoom for an interactive live face-to-face format.

Eight consecutive Monday evenings from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, plus a six-hour mini retreat on Saturday, July 9, from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
This class will be offered in person at 3263 Heather Street between West 16th and 17th with all the precautions listed below.
In this program, we integrate cognitive behavioral therapy techniques with mindfulness practices. With practice, you will begin to develop a different and more compassionate relationship to negative thoughts, moods, feelings, and body sensations that significantly lowers rumination, anxiety, and depressive relapse.
