Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for Prevention of Mood Relapses
with Denise Coles, M.A., R.C.C

Seven Monday evenings (May 8, 15, 29, June 5, 12, 19, and 26th) and a Tuesday evening (May 23) from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Plus and all-day retreat on Saturday, June 24th, 2017. Experience positive change in
how you respond to thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations.
Through the use of mindfulness-meditation, cognitive therapy, yoga, and self-compassion, discover techniques to manage low moods and negative thought processes.

Nine sessions in total with classes held on
consecutive Tuesday evenings.
There is a six-hour session on
Saturday, June 24, 10 AM-4 PM. The program will be held at Inner Evolution, 3263 Heather St. at W. 16th Ave.
